Austin Red Angus Ranch. We are Stephen and Katherine Austin, a third-generation family that has been farming and raising cattle in Texas for over a century. We are Christians, patriotic Americans and thankful to God for the blessings this lifestyle has offered. My wife and I are proud to carry on a family tradition of the Texas Ranching lifestyle offering Certified Grassfed Texas Red Angus Beef.

Austin Red Angus Ranch is a small, family-run cow-calf operation offering AGA Certified Grassfed Texas Red Angus Beef. We raise all of our own replacements here at the Ranch without antibiotics or added growth hormones. Our cattle graze in wooded pastures and open meadows with their calves right alongside. We believe quality genetics, low-stress cattle handling, and loving what we do play a major role in raising quality healthy cattle. Cover crops, extensive rotational grazing, eliminating tillage and integrated pest management are just a few of the sustainable methods we now utilize here at the Ranch.

We are certified by the American Grassfed Association, Animal Welfare Approved and Texas Beef Quality Assurance.

Our Grassfed Texas Red Angus Beef is processed at Bluebonnet Meat Company in Trenton, Texas. It is dry-aged for 14–21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness and then vacuum packaged. We offer whole, half, quarters, eighths and also individual cuts and ground beef as well.
