Clark's Farm offers 100% grass-fed beef and pastured pork grown on our farm in the heart of Howard County. We also raise and sell all-natural vegetables, fresh herbs, and cut flowers.
We manage the grazing of our cattle to enhance the growth of the pasture, the health of the soil, and the nutritional value of our products. Throughout the year the cattle eat only high-quality pasture and stored grasses in the form of hay. We never feed grain, soy, corn silage, or feed concentrates and we do not give the cattle any synthetic hormones, steroids, regular antibiotics, or animal byproducts.
We also raise heritage breed pigs on pasture. We rotate the pigs through grasslands and wooded areas so the pigs can run, play, and root all day. In addition to what they find on the pasture we feed the pigs extras from our all-natural vegetables garden. We also offer the pigs a non-GMO (not from genetically modified organisms) blend of grains. We have the hams and bacon we sell cured nitrate-free. We also have a variety of sausages that are sugar-free
Our 100% grass-fed beef and pastured pork are raised on our 540-acre farm, processed at a USDA-approved facility, and available frozen at our store. You can purchase our meats at Clark's Elioak Farm-Castle Store, 10500 State Route 108, Ellicott City, MD 21042. The farm is open Tuesday thru Sunday, 10 AM to 5 PM from April 1 through early November. From November-March, check our website for hours.
