Edmundson Ranches offers 100% grass-fed and finished beef for sale directly to customers. We are a working family ranch in southeastern Colorado with 3 generations currently on the ranch. We are passionate about every phase of cattle care from birth to market.

Our grass-finished cattle are high percentage angus that finish well on grass alone by the end of their 2nd year. They are raised without the use of
antibiotics, growth hormones, grain or grain-based feeds, chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

We sell Wholes, Halves and Quarters (split-halves) that are processed and dry-aged at a small USDA inspected facility nearby. We take deposits year-round, but process in September and October, when the cattle are at their prime after grazing the warm-season grasses. We offer self-pickup or delivery to central locations North along I-25 up to Denver.

Raising a family affected by multiple food allergies has been a real eye-opener as to the state of our current food supply. We understand first-hand how important it is to truly know and trust your family's food source.
