Happy Hollow Ranch is a little piece of paradise nestled in East Texas and founded by Chuck Howley who made his name playing in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys. Happy Hollow Ranch has always been a family-owned cow-calf operation specializing in AGA-certified grass-fed beef raising Black Angus cattle and AQHA-registered Quarter Horses since 1977.

All our beef is hormone, antibiotic, and GMO-free and our cattle are rotated on 1,782 acres of pasture land. We are also proud members of Homegrown by Heroes and Go Texan. Just like you, we want to feed our family a product that is wholesome and as true to nature as possible.

We share a belief here at Happy Hollow Ranch that good food and good people are the recipe for a happy life. So, in the spirit of providing wholesome grass-fed beef to everyone, Happy Hollow offers local pickup for those close to the DFW area. Whether you are from California, New York, or somewhere in between, we want everyone to be a part of the Happy Hollow family by offering nationwide shipping for those customers that are a little too far to visit but would like a little bit of Texas to come to them.
