Our Lady of Victory Farm is located 10 miles south of Lake Ontario, in Victory NY. We are nestled between the cities of Syracuse and Rochester. We are a small family-owned and operated farm that raises All Natural 100% Grass fed Beef.

We never use of any hormones, steroids, antibiotics or chemically treat any of our land. We are committed to raising the healthiest beef possible, so we only sell beef that was born and raised on our farm, to ensure it is of the highest quality. All of our beef are Angus Crosses, and are raised in a loving and stress free environment, using all natural sustainable farming practices. They are never caged, or confined, but freely graze in our rotated pastures and are fed a high quality hay during the winter months.

Our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility, where it is aged for 14 days before it is cut, and frozen in individual vacuumed sealed packages. Orders can be picked up at the farm or can be shipped to your home. We use UPS ground next day delivery and currently ship to NY, NJ, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT, MA, and PA.
