Cove Creek Farm is family-owned and operated by brothers Micah and Matthew Sparacio. It began as a conversation about our food—knowing where it came from and how to ensure it was raised humanely and naturally.
We raise our Red Devon cattle, goats, heritage pigs, and chickens so that they can express their natural behaviors, breathe fresh air, bask in the sunlight and rotate around our pastures on the Cumberland Plateau for fresh forage.
Cove Creek Farm specializes in premium-quality, GMO-free, soy-free, pasture-raised pork, GMO-free, soy-free eggs, pastured chickens supplemented with organic feed, and grassfed, grass-finished beef.
Cove Creek Farm raises grassfed, grass-finished Red Devon with the goal of producing a high quality beef under the most natural conditions possible. We use rotational grazing to improve pasture quality, extend the grazing season and simulate the natural grazing process of livestock.
