Holterholm Farms produces pasture-finished beef from Jersey and Jersey/Angus crosses. The cattle are fed some grain until they reach 300 pounds, then they receive no more grain until slaughter. Kelp is given as a natural mineral source. No antibiotics or hormones are used.
The beef is available in November and December in whole carcasses, halves, split halves, and quarters.
