Located 10 minutes south of Jefferson City, Missouri, Lage Farms raises and finishes black angus cattle on select grasses, clovers, alfalfa and sorghum, providing them with the most succulent and nutritious diet attainable. Our animals have unlimited access to sunshine, fresh air clean water, and exercise, in a stress free environment. No grain, hormones, or unnatural growth stimulants are used.
Our beef is processed in a nearby inspected facility, and dry aged for 21 days, providing a more flavorful and tender cut of meat. Being aware of the health advantages, we have focused on genetics and grasses to provide you with the finest, tastiest grass fed beef. This process requires a lot of time, effort, and commitment.
