Open Book Farm is a small, diversified livestock and vegetable farm nestled in the Catoctin mountains northwest of Frederick, MD. We offer real grass-fed pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs, as well as a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and small fruits.
We never use any herbicides, insecticides, or fungicides on or near our crops, nor do we use any hormones, antibiotics, or parasiticides on our livestock. We maintain optimal health - of both plant and animal - through natural practices like multi-speciation and rotational grazing.
Please contact us for more information about buying clubs and CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) offerings. We offer on-farm pick ups, but we also deliver to Washington, D.C. and its suburbs.
