Spring Meadows Farm's grass finished beef is sold by 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or whole animal. Animals never eat grain and only organic practices are used.
I have been finishing beef on pasture since I was a child as my family also pasture finished beef. The experience show in the flavor. A flavor that is further enhanced by unique program for hay feeding in winter, and how pastures are grazed 8-9 months of the year, especially what pastures are grazed at each stage in the animal's life.
Beef is available late June through October. Contact the farm to get on waiting list any time of the year. Customers are contacted as beef comes available based on how long they have been a customer then by order in which they where put on the waiting list.
Also available by waiting list: pastured pork, pastured chicken, and goose. All using breeds that are specifically bred to excel on pasture.
