Oak Creek Bison

Oak Creek Bison raises and sells grassfed American Bison.

Our animals graze year round on the same native grasses that bison have lived on for centuries. In the winter months, their feed is supplemented with native prairie hay and alfalfa cubes. The animals are given NO growth hormones or drugs. Parasite control is obtained by using diatomaceous earth administered in the alfalfa cubes.

In addition to the traditional cuts of meat, we also have available a chopped and formed 100% grassfed Bison Jerky, which does not require refrigeration. Bison skulls and hides are also available.
