Sonday Produce is a century family farm raising free-range pastured chickens. Our chickens are brooded for three weeks in a natural sun-lighted building. They are then put out to pasture to range and forage in the fresh air. We harvest our birds based on maturity, not on time, so as to provide the most flavorful, quality chicken on the market.
Sonday Produce operates its own on-farm MOSA Certified Organic, state-inspected poultry processing plant and is an “Animal Welfare Approved” facility. No one else touches our chickens but us and you, the consumer. Sonday Produce uses a kosher processing method to provide the highest quality chicken available. We provide all cuts of chickens: wholes, halves, quarters, legs, wings, and boneless breast. Custom cuts and packaging are available at request. All of our product is frozen three times faster than the industry standard in our blast freezers, and vacuum-sealed for the freshest, cleanest product available. Our chicken is available to individual and commercial purchasers and is available all year, and we process from the months of May to November.
We are located three miles west of Waupaca, at the northwest intersection of Highway Q and Highway 54.
