We process our meat at a USDA certified plant and ship throughout the continental USA via FedEx (frozen, packed in a cooler with dry ice). It all started with Willy Liesner’s vision to build a farm that would emphasize a healthy and sustainable environment, a vision that is reflected in our commercial tree farm, our grass-fed cattle, and our vineyard.

We’ve created a healthier environment for our cattle: Without the confinement of a feedlot, our cattle don’t need antibiotics. No added growth hormones. Just pure nature. Our cattle is not finished and fattened with grain.

Tosca Farm is pure nature. Our cattle are free to roam and graze on their natural diet—pure, nutrient rich grass.
