Watermelon Hill is Texas heritage grass fed beef. While our name may fool you into thinking of rows of green melons ripening on the vine, grass fed beef is our main focus. Located in south-central Texas, about 65 miles West of Houston, the ranch is managed by Connie Deats Youngblood, the fifth generation to work on the ranch, along with her parents Eddie and Mary Deats, her husband Aaron and daughter Skye. We attend farmer’s markets to sell not only grass fed beef but free-range eggs, handmade fabric art and other farm-fresh products.
Watermelon Hill accepts pre-orders for whole, half and quarter sides of lean, delicious, hormone and chemical-free grass fed beef, and individual cuts of brisket, steaks, roasts, ribs, hamburger, ox-tails, and organ meats are regularly available for sale.
